A comprehensive SaaS platform helping bridal retail stores manage inventory, customers, scheduling, payments, and communication workflows. Currently serving 53+ active store locations with full-stack modules spanning the entire product lifecycle.

- Designed and developed full-stack modules using React, Node.js, and AWS Serverless architecture across the entire product lifecycle
- Implemented a full Point of Sale (POS) system enabling in-store retail transactions with product lookup, discount management, and receipt generation
- Built a remote signature workflow for digital customer approvals, eliminating paper-based processes
- Developed appointment scheduling and calendar management module with automated customer notifications
- Built a messaging center and customer communication platform enabling multi-channel engagement
- Implemented recurring payment functionality supporting automated billing cycles for subscriptions and layaway plans
- Developed dynamic dashboards and reporting tools using Recharts for real-time business metric visualization
- Optimized backend APIs and database query performance, improving response times and reducing infrastructure costs
